Each time I have received a treatment from Jana, I have been impressed by the open-mindedness and patience that she brings to the session. She listens attentively to both me and my body, in a way that I have never experienced with other health care professionals. I began to see Jana just as the seasonal blues, which plague me every winter, started to settle in once again. After my first session with Jana, I felt very rested and restored for a few days. After my second session with Jana, I felt as if she had removed the fog from my brain and left me with mental clarity that I am typically not able to experience during the winter months. After feeling “unfogged”  for most of the last two weeks, I am looking forward to continuing my sessions with Jana on a regular basis.
